The next 3 slides show how to break down the problem when you’ve identified something stopping you. 

The first step is to identify all the things that might be stopping your or holding you back from having your dream already, or even taking action on your dream.

Next, you will tackle the first item on your list. In this case, it is BELIEFS.  Break it down as far as you can.  This allows you to get to the point where you can take specific actions.

When you follow through and determine the reasons why you are being stopped, you will arrive at things you can start taking action on – today.  In this case, the person held the belief that they weren’t good enough. To eliminate that problem, two things need to happen.  1) Do something to change your beliefs, and 2)  Take action to improve so your writing will be good enough.
